- Wednesday, October 8, 2024 - Notification of acceptance by email.
- Wednesday, October 15-17, 2025 - Quilt collection, Location to be announced
- Saturday & Sunday, October 25 & 26, 2025 – Quilt Show event
- Tuesday, October 28, 2025 - Quilt return /pick-up
